Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• For cancellation requests, contact customer support immediately after placing the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
• Returns and exchanges are available only on selected products (as mentioned on the product page).
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3–4 working days of order delivery.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our return address.
• Return/exchange charges may apply, depending on the product and reason.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.
• Approved refunds are completed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Card/Net Banking).
Important Return Conditions
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging are mandatory.
• Returns without original tags or packaging will be rejected.
