Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• For cancellation requests, contact customer support immediately after placing the order.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are available only on selected products (as mentioned on the product page).
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3–4 working days of order delivery.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product to our return address.
Return/exchange charges may apply, depending on the product and reason.


Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified.
• Approved refunds are completed within 24–48 hours to the original payment method (PhonePe/UPI/Card/Net Banking).


Important Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags, labels, and packaging are mandatory.
• Returns without original tags or packaging will be rejected.
